1. Introduction | परिचय
English: Welcome to Home Plumber Cleaning Services (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). We are a multi-service home maintenance platform offering professional Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Cleaning, AC Repair, Submersible Motor Repair, Marble Polishing, and related home services. By using our website, mobile application, or booking any service, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services | सेवाओं का दायरा
We provide on-demand home maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to:
- Plumbing & Sanitary Work
- Electrical Installation & Repair
- Painting & Wall Work
- House & Office Cleaning
- AC Repair & Gas Refill
- Submersible Motor Repair & Fitting
- Marble / Tile Work & Polishing
- Appliance Installation

All services are provided by trained technicians and partner professionals verified by our company.
3. Booking & Confirmation | बुकिंग और पुष्टि
All bookings must be made through our website, mobile app, or authorized WhatsApp channel. Once booked, our system assigns a verified technician. Customers must provide complete address, contact details, and service description.

4. Pricing & Payments | मूल्य और भुगतान
All service charges are displayed before booking confirmation. Payments can be made via Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Cash after service. Taxes (GST, etc.) may apply as per government rules. Advance payments (if any) are non-transferable but adjustable for re-booking.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy | रद्दीकरण और रिफंड नीति
A customer may cancel the booking before technician dispatch. If a technician has been assigned and is en route, a minimal visit charge may apply. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method. Company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unavailability or safety concerns.

6. Service Warranty | सेवा वारंटी
Certain services carry a limited service warranty (e.g., 7–30 days), covering workmanship issues only. Warranty does not cover material defects, misuse, or external interference. Any claim must be reported within the warranty period.

7. Responsibilities of the Customer | ग्राहक की जिम्मेदारियाँ
Customer should ensure the site is safe, reachable and accessible. Electricity, water and other necessary facilities should be available. Cooperate with the technician during work. Avoid any abusive or inappropriate behavior. Failure to cooperate may lead to service cancellation without refund.

8. Responsibilities of the Company | कंपनी की जिम्मेदारियाँ
We will send trained and safety-compliant technicians, provide services within booking time windows, and address customer complaints in a timely manner. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, bad weather, electricity outage, or other uncontrollable situations.
9. Limitation of Liability | दायित्व की सीमा
Home Plumber Cleaning shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; damages resulting from customer's negligence or misuse; or any product/spare part provided by the customer. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the service amount paid by the customer.
10. Use of Website | वेबसाइट उपयोग के नियम
Users agree not to upload false, misleading, or harmful information; not to copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the website; and not to attempt to hack, damage, or interfere with system operations. Users must not perform any action that harms the website's security or operations.
11. Third-Party Services | तृतीय पक्ष सेवाएं
Our website may use third-party services (e.g., Razorpay, Google Maps, WhatsApp, etc.). Each third-party has its own terms and privacy policy. We are not liable for any issue arising from third-party services.

All text, images, design, logo, and content on this website are the property of Home Plumber Cleaning. Unauthorized copying or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

We are not responsible for any losses, delays, or damages arising from causes outside our control (natural disasters, electricity shortages, water leaks, gas leaks, or other external factors). Customers are requested to verify the technician's identity, scope of work and charges before work begins. The company acts only as a service-contact platform; the performance and quality of service are the responsibility of the technician.
